  • Shrimp 32 shrimps
  • White cooked rice 2 cups
  • Egg 1 (optional)
  • Pineapple ¼ of a pineapple
  • Carrots 1 carrot
  • Toasted sesame seed 1 Soupspoon
  • Pineapple juice ¼ cup
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil 2 soupspoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat skillet and add oil; cook pineapple with the carrot that has been cut into thin triangles; add the rice (cooked and cold); mix carefully without breaking the grains. Add a previously beaten egg and mix carefully until incorporating it to the rice (optional). In a different skillet, put a little oil and cook shrimp; add a bit of pineapple juice, sugar until it melts and season with salt and pepper. Once shrimp are cooked, remove from heat and add rice. Serve, sprinkling toasted sesame seeds over shrimp and rice.
