  • Shrimp 32 shrimps
  • Olive oil 1 soupspoon
  • Butter 2 soupspoons
  • Chopped garlic 2 cloves
  • Fettuccine 500 grams
  • Butter 90 grams
  • Parmesan cheese 1 cup
  • Cream 1 ¼ cups
  • Parsley for decoraration
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a skillet and add oil; cook clean and peeled shrimp and add finely chopped garlic.

Once the pasta has been cooked according to the instructions of the package, melt butter in a saucepan and add cream, parmesan cheese and pasta; mix and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve decorating with shrimp and sprinkles of finely chopped parsley.
