  • Shrimp 24 shrimps
  • Garlic cloves 2 cloves
  • Olive oil 2 soupspoons
  • Lime 1 lime
  • Pepper to taste


Put oil and two cloves of garlic cut into thin slices in a warm skillet; fry garlic; once browned, remove from oil and drain on paper towel. Add shrimp to the oil and let cook on both sides. Add a bit of lime juice; season with a pinch of pepper and serve, topped with fried garlic slices.
