CAPRESSE SHRIMP SALAD

 Ingredients:
  • Cooked shrimp 8
  • Sliced tomatoes 4 slices
  • Mozzarella cheese 4 slices
  • Sliced avocado 1 avocado
  • Olive oil 3 soupspoons
  • Balsamic vinegar 1 soupspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 Preparation:

Prepare vinaigrette sauce, mixing balsamic vinegar with olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper. Place tomato slice on plate; place cheese slice on top of tomato slice, place two shrimp aesthetically over cheese slice and pour vinaigrette sauce on top.
